Green Field Day 2014

Thank You To The 3 Committees That Prepared This Event!

The best part about Green Field Day is that it is designed and run by students.  Thank you to the students of this year's GFD committee for organizing the day's events, creating the new obstacle course and live auction, and designing the fantastic new BOB fundraiser:

Sarina George / Molly Bingham / Raul Romero
Riley Kruhm / Olivia Cassidy / Jenna Kohler / Ella Mannerelli / Renee Paulraj

Thank you as well to the parents and staff on the MVMS Green Committee and the NCTAF committee for reviewing the students' ideas and ensuring that their ideas came to fruition.

Thank You To Everyone Who Contributed To The BOB Campaign!

Mount View is definitely Bringin' Oysters Back!  Our fundraising hit a new level this year as homerooms tried to reach prize levels and teachers offered crazy challenges.  By the end of the campaign, Mount View had raised $5300 for The Oyster Recovery Partnership.
That means that more than half of a million oyster spat will be planted in Harris Creek! Click HERE to learn more about ORP.

Thank You To Ms. Starr And Her Students For Their Fantastic Water Balloon Machines !

This year's slime machines morphed into a water balloon battle when Ms. Starr's students attacked the corraled teachers.
